The CalBQ

Cook: The CALBQ features a Plancha cooking surface with lid atop the firebox and a slow cooker oven below. The Plancha has a high concentration of heat at its centre with a gradual decrease towards the edges. This offers a superb level of versatility when cooking a wide range of outdoor favourites. To keep food hot, or for your slow cooked favourites, the bottom oven gives you another option for your outdoor menu.
Snack: The CALBQ is fast and easy to fire up and as such is ideal for quick snacks, as well as a full feast. Why not try placing a pizza stone or disc atop the plancha; you’ll be able to serve up a treat with minimal time and effort.
Heat: The CALBQ is based around a tried and tested stove design, when the sun dips down and the temperature drops the CALBQ can be used as a garden / patio heater well into the night. The firebox passes the stringent 2022 emissions test for indoor stoves and as such is much kinder to the environment than a regular wood or charcoal fired barbeque. The large window means you can appreciate the full effect of the flames whilst primary and secondary air intakes give unrivalled controllability.
